3D Solid and Surface modeling is completed for 100% of cavity work and engineering in our design department. Dell workstations allow every detail of tooling to be 3D CAD modeled. Experienced Designers work in Unigraphics and other softwares. We can also exchange data via our secure web portals or Trubiquity/Autoweb. Acceptable file types are UG, SDRC, Catia, Pro Engineer, STEP, IGES, DXF, and DWG. Colorized Rapid Prototypes can be made from cad models in hours; they provide detailed visual aids up to 14" x 10" x 8" in size.

After extensive 3D Design and Engineering Checklists are completed, toolpaths to CNC machine steels, stainless, iron, aluminum, or plastic tooling are created for 100% of cavity work. Complete tooling engineering drawings and shaded reference plots are created to customer specifications.
