Design/Engineering: Maumee Pattern Designers and Engineers create most of the tooling we manufacture using the same solid and surface modeling that Original Equipment Manufactures use. Designers create complex 3D models to satisfy the requirements of the Customer and Manufacturing.
CNC Operators: The focus at Maumee Pattern is on automation. Operators understand how complex contour toolpathing must perform in order to produce the accuracy to the CAD data that maintains our reputation. Secondary machining is also achieved in the most productive fashion.
Pattern/Diemakers: Craftsman at their trade, our people take pride in their work, and working to satisfy the customer. Documentation that the tooling has met all Design Output and Customer Requirements is completed for each tool. We are proud of our affiliation with the International Association of Machinists.
